Chocolate Lava Cake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Butter 4 ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Divide batter among ramekins.
- Bake for 12 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
- Let cool 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Serve with ice cream.
💡 Chef's Tip
The cakes can be prepared ahead and refrigerated. Add 2 minutes to baking time if cold.
