Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, half the garam masala, turmeric, and salt for at least 2 hours.
  2. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill until charred, about 8 minutes per side.
  3. In a large pan, sauté onion until golden. Add garlic, cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add remaining spices and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Blend the sauce until smooth, then return to pan.
  7. Stir in cream and add the grilled chicken pieces.
  8. Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
