Instructions

  1. Soft boil eggs (6 minutes), then marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Sear pork belly slices until caramelized.
  3. Heat chicken stock. Whisk in miso paste until dissolved.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Keep broth warm.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package. Drain well.
  6. Divide noodles among bowls. Ladle hot broth over noodles.
  7. Top with pork, halved eggs, corn, and green onions.
  8. Add nori sheet on the side.
